These pictures are actually from 10 years ago!-- October 8th, 2004. It is so hard to believe it has been that long. We just stumbled upon them and so I had to include them. When we lived in Price Darryl and his buddy Carter would go explore the abandoned coal mines. These were photos from one of their outings. Such a neat world underground! It would be so interesting to hear stories of the times when these mines were up and running. I find it fascinating that they just leave the mine as is. In my mind I picture them taking everything out when they close a mine but they don't. Leaves fun treasures for people like Darryl and Carter to find.
