Teachers at the Train

Every year the teachers from JR Smith Elementary go and work at Dairy Keen. One of the teachers family owns the business so they use it as a fund raiser for the school. A large portion of the sales goes to the school during that week. We wanted to support the school and the kids were dying to go see their teachers at the train so we went. It was pure chaos but it was sure fun. The place was packed. We had to wait to find a place to sit down to eat. The kids thought it was so great to see Ms. Wade and Ms Mecham outside of school. I really enjoy these community bonding events.
